The reason is structural: fabric mills dye in minimum lots of 300–500 meters, and switching a 30-operator sewing line to a new style costs half a day of production. What is your minimum order quantity?
300 pieces per style for standard OEM production. For selected existing styles, we accept trial orders from 100 pieces. Full custom development (new molded cups, custom-dyed fabrics, developed lace) starts at 1,000 pieces because of fabric dyeing minimums.
Can I split 300 pieces across colors and sizes?
Sizes: yes, always — we grade across your size curve at no extra cost. Colors: yes on stocked fabrics from our library (typically 2–3 colors); custom-dyed colors follow dye-lot minimums.
Is the unit price higher on small orders?
Trial orders are typically 15–25% above bulk pricing, because line-changeover costs spread across fewer pieces. We quote trial and bulk prices together so the path to your target cost is clear from day one.
How fast can I get samples?
Fit samples ship in 7–10 days. Sample fees (typically $30–$70 per style including pattern work) are refunded against your first bulk order.
Do you support private labeling on small orders?
Yes — woven labels, hangtags, and custom polybags are available from 300 pieces. Custom retail boxes usually require 500+ pieces due to printing minimums.
