Quality Inspection System

Incoming Material Inspection: All fabrics, lace, and accessories undergo rigorous inspections upon arrival, including fiber composition, hand feel, and environmental certifications, to ensure material safety and reliability.

Color Difference Control: Using standardized color charts and light sources for comparison, we strictly control dyeing uniformity and batch variations to ensure color consistency across products.

Shrinkage Testing: Fabrics are subjected to a high-temperature wash simulation to measure shrinkage and ensure the finished product maintains its dimensions after wear and wash.

Underwire Durability Testing: Each underwire bra undergoes tensile and flexural testing to verify underwire support and durability, ensuring comfort and long-term shape retention.
